It?s always nice to have good quality flooring laid as it always requires furniture to be moved and so disrupts the home and you don?t want to be doing this too often. If you have an old wooden floor it is possible to have it sanded so as it looks like new this technique is known as floor sanding . If you are having your wooden floors sanded it is advisable to get a quality lacquer as this will reduce the wear caused. Many wooden floors are fitted in schools and gyms and are more commonly known as sports floors, if you are fitting new sports floors you will require court marking services to have all the relevant lines marked out on the floor.
